Frequently Asked Questions

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please contact customer service within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images of the product received.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not take back.

Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, any opened or used products.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete

  2. Expired product delivered
  3. Damaged product delivered / Physical damage / Tampered product or Packaging
  1. Opened / used products
  2. Original Packaging
  3. Return / replacement request generated after 7 days from the delivery will not be accepted
  4. Damaged / Missing product should be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery
